Can I redirect my order to a different address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address on your order for security reasons. If you wish however, you may choose to cancel your order within an hour of placing and re-order using a different/updated address.

How does your Australian Delivery service work?

Standard Delivery within Australia can take from 7-10 business days (excluding order processing time). If you have not received your order within 14 business days please check your tracking number or contact us at customercare@elkai.com.au

How does your Australian Express Delivery service work?

Express Delivery within Australia can take up to 3 business days. If you have not received your order within this time check your tracking number or contact us at customercare@elkai.com.au

Can my order be delivered to my PO box address?

Yes! We’re able to deliver to PO boxes in Australia for our customers who have selected our Standard Delivery service.

How do I track my delivery?

You will receive a tracking number with your email notifying you that your order has been sent. If you cannot find the email you can check your account or contact us at customercare@elkai.com.au
