Please note: Our online store will be closed from 12–31 January while we take a small summer break to recharge and spend time with loved ones.
Domestic orders over $25 placed during this period will receive free shipping, and all orders will be dispatched once we return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address on your order for security reasons. If you wish however, you may choose to cancel your order within an hour of placing and re-order using a different/updated address.

Yes! We’re able to deliver to PO boxes in Australia for our customers who have selected our Standard Delivery service.
You will receive a tracking number with your email notifying you that your order has been sent. If you cannot find the email you can check your account or contact us at customercare@elkai.com.au
