Refunds & Returns

We want you to enjoy every moment of your shopping experience with us! If you change your mind, no worries—we’ve got you covered with our refund policy. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Refunds:

o   Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

o   Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the item's delivery date.

o   Certain items are non-refundable, including:

§  Earrings, body jewellery, and perfumes.

§  Gift cards.

§  Items purchased on sale.

Refund Process:

o   Refunds within Australia incur a $7.95 postage fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

o   Postage and packaging fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges:

o   Online purchases can be exchanged in-store. Please bring your online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

o   Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges online. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

 International Orders:

o   International returns must be organised prior to being returned. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, as we do not provide a shipping label.

o   Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the item's delivery date.

o   We recommend using tracking for all international returns.

o   Until received by Elkai, all parcels are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Please note: To ensure timely processing, please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number.
